Mailserver with ISPConfig3 improvements suggestions?

Hello,

i have a mailserver running on ISPC3, with the time i have some thoughts on improvement of the postfix setup, for example

setting a user max send mails count per hour, i had already a hacked user account sending thousends of msgs, before i notice anything, anybody already configured postfix? any suggestions?

or another thing
are there any webbased statistics for postfix, such like pflogsumm but webbased, i remember such for Qmail i used long ago...
