Default ImageMagick

Hello all,

OK - I needed to upgrade/reset ImageMagick in my ISPConfig 3 system. I sent this to the admin as an option:


The person responded with:
No idea.
I suppose you might have to uninstall existing ImageMagick first. And that depends on way it was installed. And if it was installed as some precompiled package, it might be possible to simply upgrade.
And sent this link a second option:

To me, it would be simple task to uninstall ImageMagick and re-install again; however, I was concerned as to the effect it would have on the system. If I am being paranoid, please let me know.
