Default Legacy And Starndart ??

What is difference between Legacy kernel such as Fedoralegacy and starandart kernel ?? Here the exemple :

[root@bontet ~]# uname -a
Linux bontet.com 2.6.16-1.2111_FC5 #1 Thu May 4 21:16:58 EDT 2006 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

and

[ibunk@server1 ibunkdemo]$ uname -a
Linux server1.ibunk.or.id 2.4.20-46.9.legacy #1 Thu Mar 2 16:11:28 EST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

we can Look here the kernel :
1. 2.6.16-1.2111_FC5
2. 2.4.20-46.9.legacy

What The Difference ???
