Exclamation Apache wont restart after site name change

Looks like I found a bug in ISPC 3.0.4.1.

In our cluster configuration sites-enabled folder does not get updated after site name change.
This results in web server malfunction that normal restart can't fix.

root@wiki1:~# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
apache2: Syntax error on line 230 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Could not open configuration file /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/smw1.domain1.info.vhost: No such file or directory
Action 'configtest' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.
failed!
