Default spamboat blacklisting my IP

This IP is infected (or NATting for a computer that is infected) with the cutwail spambot. In other words, it's participating in a botnet.

If you simply remove the listing without ensuring that the infection is removed (or the NAT secured), it will probably relist again.
My server IP is blacklisted with cbl.abuseat.org

How I can remove this infection from server?
Please help. No Idea from where and how to find it.

As far as I know cutwail spambot is a Windows Trojan.

I guess that some of your users (in your LAN) who are running Windows are infected.
Never execute code written on a Friday or a Monday.
