Default write permission, cron, apache configuration

hi!
I update ispconfig3 from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4.1 and I have some problems:

1. chmod: cannot access `/var/www/clients/client149/web341/*': No such file or directory - directory is created

2. when I added some alias to website configuration, this is not written is apache config file

3. when I add ftp access for this client I can login to ftp but I can not copy any file in web folder

4. cron try reload configuration but there are no changes in apache file

and the last

5. sh: /etc/init.d/pdns: No such file or directory

What cause this problem? Can somebody help me with this?
