Default How does one redirect all incoming email

How does one redirect all incoming email from a specific domain to a single user?

Example:
Lots of users @gottalot.com send email to various users at our company. We wish to filter/redirect/funnel all of these incoming mails to a single user. The account manager for example would receive all of these mails.

I've looked at header checks but I cant seem to get it working. No errors. Nothing.

Does anyone have a great idea for me?

Thanx!! Arden
