Red face cant add attachments to emails in squirrelmail

i setup debian and ispconfig3

everything works fine

then all of a sudden i cant add an attachment to my emails anymore

i get this error:


ERROR:
Could not move/copy file. File not attached

Why did this happen?
How can i fix this?

Did it work before? If so, is there anything you changed recently that could cause this problem?

Which distribution do you use? Which tutorial (URL) did you use to set up the system? Are there any errors in your logs?

Default what i did..

i used this tutorial:

the attachments where working before

i did click the update ispconfig in the web control panel page,
could that have broken it?

Default just tried again

Ok so i just went through another install:

and i cant attach a file to an email.


ERROR:
Could not move/copy file. File not attached


where should i look for errors i will post them here.

That feature is experimental, so you should not use it (it's mentioned in the ISPConfig 3 Manual). This could have caused your problem.

Default yes i know

yes i know that now, so i installed everything again and still had the same issue, now i am trying again debian 6 and ispconfig 3.
