ProFTPD Problem - address/port already in use.

I have ready just about every message on the topic, but I cannot get ProFTPD to start. I've reinstalled everything at least twice with no luck, I get the same error each time.

Starting proftpd:  - error: "(null)" address/port (72.232.199.242:21) already in use by "ProFTPD server"

[edit]Nevermind, got it to work by adding both SocketBindTight on and setting Port to 0.[/edit]
