Default Apache broke after adding website ISPConfig 3 - OpenSUSE 11.4

Hi there.

I've just installed OpenSUSE 11.4 using the perfect server tutorial for ISPConfig 3.

I added a website via the ISPConfig Control Panel and after a few minutes apache had stopped working.

I have tried restarting apache and get this:

Code:
Syntax OK
Starting httpd2 (prefork) failed
Here seems to be the effected section of my apache error log.

Code:
[Sat Oct 15 18:07:38 2011] [error] [client 192.168.0.2] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: description in /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/monitor/show_sys_state.php on line 72, referer: http://squirrel:8080/index.php
[Sat Oct 15 18:08:04 2011] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[Sat Oct 15 18:08:05 2011] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[Sat Oct 15 18:08:05 2011] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec2)
[Sat Oct 15 18:08:10 2011] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[Sat Oct 15 18:08:10 2011] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec2)
[Sat Oct 15 18:13:10 2011] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[Sat Oct 15 18:13:10 2011] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec2)

Any ideas?

Thanks

Update.

I've manually deleted the website in the apache configuration and I was able to start apache2 again.

Could it be something to do with suexec?

I've discovered I can add a new site without enabling CGI, SSI, Ruby and Suexec initially but can go back in to enable it without apache breaking.

When I restarted apache2 I received this error...

Code:
Starting httpd2 (prefork) Unable to store vlogger data in database

Any thoughts

Can you take the vhost configuration that is not working and comment out features in there one by one and try if it starts then? That way you can find out which feature is causing Apache to not start. Maybe an Apache module is missing.
