mail.domain.com dont work

For all my domain, mail.domain.com cant be ping and dont work for mail client.
email client work on www.domain.com

in DNS have :
A mail xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
MX domain.com mail.domain.com

dig mail.domain.com

that it points to the correct IP?

Just 1 domain dont work now, my main domaine.

isconfig ww1.mydomain.com

my web site www.mydomain.com

but mail.mydomain.com dont give dig ip

I delete an recreat DNS for this domaine on DNS in ispconfig.

No change.

Most likely your ispconfig server is not the authoritive dns server for that domain. In that case, you will have to create the dns records in the dns server of the provider where you ordered the domain and not your ispconfig server.

And you should be aware that dns changes take up to 24 hours until they take affect.
