Default Socks5 installation

Hi,
I am trying to install CSOCKS downloaded from http://csocks.altervista.org/ on ubuntu 11.04. When i run the run the installation script I get this error

cp: cannot create regular file `/usr/man/man1/': No such file or directory
cp: cannot create regular file `/usr/man/man5/': No such file or directory
Please help in resolving this.

Those are manual related files, i wouldn't be to bothered about it to much.

csocks should still work.
