Default Postfix: disable certain users to receive non-local email

In postfix I would like to know how to reject incoming email, from non-local users, only for certain users In particular I would like that the users with UID under 500 are not allowed to receive non local email, or better if possibile not associate these users to have an email account with @mydomain but only with @localhost.

Thanks

Edika
