IspConfig - CRON -Log

In late August there was a security breach of mirrors.kernel.org server and the database was taken down for maintenance. I changed my /etc/apt/sources.list to point to another server for debian updates. However, my IspConfig - CRON - Log screen in the monitor area of the ISPConfig control panel seems to be still pointing to the old cron file settings. Can someone point me to where I can update the cron or make other modifications so that this error message disappears? Thanks.
