Default fail2ban

In the ISPConfig web interface I see the following:
fail2ban is not installed at this server.
See more (for debian) here...

fail2ban is installed on the server...
[root@server1 tmp]# service fail2ban restart
Stopping fail2ban: [ OK ]
Starting fail2ban: [ OK ]

[root@server1 tmp]# locate fail2ban.log
/var/log/fail2ban.log
[root@server1 tmp]# ls -al /var/log/fail2ban.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Sep 13 04:23 /var/log/fail2ban.log

Does
Code:
which fail2ban-client
or
Code:
which fail2ban
show any output? If not, what's the name of the fail2ban program on your system?

ISPConfig checks
Code:
which fail2ban-client
and then
Code:
which fail2ban
if the first command doesn't work, so it *should* be working for you.

Is SELinux disabled?
