FTP Users - Default bandwidth speed

Hello all,

Where do I have to edit in ISPConfig, if I want that every new ftp user has a limit of 20kb/s of download speed by default? right now it is -1.

If in a future I want to increase that value... I know I have to update the table in ispconfig, but, do I have to trigger something else? or when ftpuser connects it reads values from ispconfig and that is all?

Edit the default value of the database field with phpmyadmin.

Changing the value in the db is enough as this value is read directly from the db by pure-ftpd.
