All ISPConfig files are utf8 encoded.The german language file contains special characters like umlauts and these files have been created with the builtin language editor from ispconfig, so this should normally work. Maybe your server has no utf8 locales installed or you use a different ispconfig version, the version that is required for the billing module is 18.104.22.168.
- i have version 22.214.171.124 installed.

- i downloaded the attachment (mail 5.0/OS X Lion), uploaded via ssh and unzipped the content into /tmp (imagefile, noexec). php install.php installed everything correct -except for the umlauts etc.
- testing firefox 6.02 and safari 5.1, both have the same problem.
