Default sudo error "no sources found" !(SOLVED)

I was trying to use sudo in the teminal and i got this error :

sudo: can't stat /etc/sudoers: No such file or directory
sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting

i checked /etc and no sudoers file anywhere how can i replace it or reinstall it ?
