Default Using ISPConfig 3 for DNS only

I have a requirement to host 4 DNS servers, to provide DNS hosting for a few hundred domains. I know I could use BIND, and I could even use Webmin to manage BIND, but it's not particularly user-friendly, and if i want to delegate control to a domain to an end-user that would be difficult.

I use ISPConfig 3 for my webhosting (thanks for all the tutorials on here by the way! Worth every penny!). My question is this: can I create a Reseller in ISPConfig that ONLY has access to the DNS settings, with all the rest of the hosting invisible or inaccessible to them? In other words, effectively become a small DNS hosting provider?

You can set the modules that are visible to a user under system > cp user. Uncahck all checkboxes except of dns from the reseller user.
