Subdomain vhost

Hi,

I just created a subdomain as vhost in ispconfig (I need this subdomain in own directory) but I got always the home page from the main domain. I did:

1- New domain sub.example.com
2- Whole new web site for that subdomain sub.example.com
3- A record for sub in dns

ispconfig 3.0.3.3

Any idea please? I need subdomain as vhost, normal redirection don't work with joomla, wordpress etc etc etc..

Eirher the config was not written at the time you tested it /(see jobqueue in ispconfig monitor) or you mixed * and IP addresses in the website settings on your server. Either all websites have to use * or all sites have to us ethe IP address, but dont mix that. You should also check the DNS record if it points to the right IP address.

All my sites are using IP address BUT I change all to * and now work 100%
