Hi,
is it possible to delete news section on user control panel?
it is ok for admin, but for reseller and user i would like to disable the news panel.
How can i do?

See System > Interface Config and empty the field for the atom url or replace it with your custom news.

but that also hides the feed from admin panel as well. I would also like to hide the feed from the client panel only.

Currently the option can be set only for admin and client togethre. But its a good idea to separate that, I've added it as feature request to the bugtracker.

I've submitted this to the SVN in august, and is currently in ISPConfig3 3.0.4 beta1.

You can set a different feeds for the admin, reseller and client.
