Default subdomain problem

Hi,
i have a problem with subdomain.
This is my environment:
ISPCONFIG 3.0.3.3 on Debian 6 i386
my server name is cp.domain.tld
After the installation i create my first domain named domain.tld and i use subdomain for cp.domain.tld for redirect it to http://cp.domain.tld:8080.
But it don't work. If a use any other name instead of cp all work correctly.
Is there any problem when i use a subdomain with the same server name?
Thanks.

Yes, thats a problem as apache cant redirect to the correct web then, instead it will redirect to /var/www folder. Better you create only websites (apache vhosts) with domains that are not identical with the hostname of the server.
