Default Logging into FTP account

Hi.
I've made user account with following settings:

But I don't know how can I log into FTP using that account...
I tried host server.graphboard.pl user ftpschocker_s and password but I can't connect.
User's site is test.graphboard.pl.

Could you give me proper host and user format?

That are the correct details, at least if server.graphboard.pl points to the IP address of your server. You can test that e.g. with:

ping -c 3 server.graphboard.pl

or on windows just:

ping server.graphboard.pl

If that shows up the correct IP address, then please check the syslog file in /var/log/ for error messages.

Yes. It shows correct IP address.

Here is my syslog: http://justpaste.it/e53
I know that there are lots of errors, but it's my 3rd day administrating VPS and I'm still learning how to do all things

So look only for error which can break ftp logins.

Do you use OpenVZ for virtualizing your server?

Which distribution do you use? If you use Debian or Ubuntu, please check out chapter 20.1 on http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...ispconfig-3-p6

Yep. OpenVZ. Where should I add that code from 20.1? I've received ready VPS with already installed Lenny and OpenVZ.

That has to be done on the host system, but I guess you don't have access to it...

Another solution is to recompile PureFTPd: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30115
