Default Changing Cron Job Time

How can I change the time that ISPConfig gets awstats and webalizer create their reports?

My intuition tells me it is ran in from the cron job in debian at 0030 each night. Are there any ramifications if I change this time to later or earlier?

I think you can change the time, but it should not be before 0:00h.
