extend CentOS section with Scientific Linux

Hello,

Eventually it would make sense to extend the "CentOS" Howto-section to a combined "CentOS / Scientific Linux" section.

Reasons to do so, are:
- Same familiy (content could be used for both)
- 6.x releases of the parent, since SL (Scientific Linux) has this release already
