Default 404 error on all sites

Was working in one of our sites, and got a 404 error. I've checked everything I can think of, but every site suddenly throws a 404 error on every page. ISPConfig is the only site working on the server now. Not sure if I had done something and it just caught up, but would really like to find the problem. Install is on a Centos 5.6, built to perfect server. Everything has been running on rails for a week, so I'm not sure what's up.

Hmm, guess it needs a NameVirtualHost line. What I can't figure is how that went missing...
