Default IPSonfig 2.2.39?

I can see that 2.2.39 version is available for download.
Where can i find release notes and official info?
I can't remember such news.

The release adds only support for the latest Fedora. The only change is:

- Replaced "TYPE=MyISAM" with "ENGINE=MyISAM" in the SQL dump to make it compatible with MySQL 5.5.
