Default Clamav on Web server
Is it neccesary? can I install it after ISPConfig3? recommendations please? right now I had it running only in my mail server...

If you followed one of the perfect setup guides, then clamav is already installed. Clamav is only nescessary for the email part (scanning emails for viruses). I dont think that many poeple use it to scan the webserver. The Linux system itself is checked with rkhunter automatically on a ispconfig 3 server.
