Default port routing

so today a friend asked me to setup 2 minecraft servers for him and everythings running smoothly running on and, however, the second server cannot be run through the standart port which is really annoying to remember and type in everytime you connect to a server .. so i thought there must be a way to have my seperate ip point at Isn't there a way to do this with ip tables ? I haven't gotten into Iptables yet, so sorry if this might be a stupid problem.

hope you guys can help me!

really sorry, simply to stupid to put in the second ip in the second server config file... next time ill check everything tripple .. then post .. no need for iptables here
