Question warning: do not list domain in BOTH mydestination and

I am getting the following error in the Mail Warn Log and am having a hard time getting it to shut up:

Code:
Jun 7 08:30:02 mailer postfix/trivial-rewrite[8079]: warning: do not list domain mailer.mydomain.somecollege.edu in BOTH mydestination and virtual_mailbox_domains
This is an Ubuntu v10 ISPConfig 3 install working perfectly except for this nagging warning.

Any direction toward a possible solution as to what and where I should remove something would be very grateful.
