Default Re-routing email stuck in postfix server queue

I have a outgoing mail server running postfix under centos. Currently the queue has several hundred messages, and the server is having some connectivity issues. I would like to re-route the queued up messages though another outgoing postfix server.

Is this possible and that would be the steps required to do this?

Many thanks,
Jaime
