how to create mail account

regarding this manual The Perfect Server - Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat (Ubuntu 10.10) [ISPConfig 2]

if i don't want to install ISPconfig2 , how i can create user for email account ?

This tutorial uses system users as email users, so you may simply add users to the server.
