Hello. I see that ISPConfig can be accessed with /ispconfig too, and not only :8080, i've disabled this so that the apache docroot is /var/www/default and not just /var/www. Would this cause any issues with ISPConfig and stuff? I know that apps and webalizer (i think) reside in that dir, would it cause any issues with that too?

Do not change the docroot as it will cause problems with all web apps installed from the system. ISPConfig protects its directories, so there is no need to change the docroot.
If you dont want to access ispconfig trough the symlink in /var/www, just delete the symlink:
I've restored the original docroot now. What is all the apps, webalizer, and those directories in /var/www tho? I tried to delete one of them and apache returned an error, restored it now tho.
