Default SubDomains and Webmail

Ok what I am trying to do is an easy link to the uebi webmail.

So what I have done is created a DNS record with my isp for domain xxx.co.uk so I have got webmail.xxx.co.uk pointed to my public address which works as I can ping it. And in ISPC I have done a subdomain for webmail on the specific domain and done a forward to
https://portal.xxx.co.uk:81/webmail and also tried
https://portal.xxx.co.uk:81/webmail/ and
https://portal.xxx.co.uk:81/webmail/index.php

And all I get is access forbidden.

Any ideas..

Thanks

Can you post the real URLs here so that I can try myself?
Any errors in the Apache error log?
