Default ssl error because of symlink

Hi,
I have some trouble with one of my webs:
after creating a ssl-certificate (copy paste all 4 fields from another web), this shows up in the logs, after I hit the 'save cert' action:

Code:
13.10.2013-22:01 - WARNING - Action aborted, file is a symlink: /var/www/clients/client1/web1/ssl/domain.tld.key.org~
13.10.2013-22:01 - WARNING - Action aborted, file is a symlink: /var/www/clients/client1/web1/ssl/domain.tld.key~
no part of this path is a symlink... any ideas?

thanks :-)

Default

The message is ok, it does not cause any problems as it refers only to a backup copy of the old key file which is not used anymore.
