Default CronJob and Server State Problem

I have a small problem ISPConfig 3.0.3 is not running my cronjobs. I have cron installed here is what doesn't work:

In ispconfig control panel Sever State nothing works it shows
Data from: ????-??-?? ??:??
No data about the CPU available at the moment. Please check again later.
in every subcategory i try to access.

and also all cronjobs that i have are not running. The files cron.log and ispconfig.php are empty 0 bytes.

Else everything works mail, web, DNS everything.

I am using OpenSuse 11.3 and ISPConfig 3.0.3.

Do you guys know what my problem is?

Thanks.
