User/Administrator Cannot login to ISPConfig...

Not sure what I have done wrong. I have set up a user:

User Uname Email Admin CatchAll
clientdomain.ca_peter Peter Lastname peter 1 0


When I try to login at:

https://www.clientdomain.ca:81/

with the username clientdomain.ca_peter and the users password

I receive:

ERROR 101: wrong username or password

User can login to webmail (roundcube)
User can login to FTP (proftpd)
User can retrieve mail through IMAP and POP3
User can login to usermail

user appears in /etc/passwd

clientdomain.ca_peter:x:10008:10001:Peter Lastname:/var/www/web1:/bin/false

Need help please. Thanks.

You mix up ISPConfig users (resellers and clients) and system users. Only resellers and clients can log in to ISPConfig. System users can use email and FTP.
