Hi there,

I am testing ipsconfig with xen. The mysql backend dies all the time and I get errors like this when accessing the web control panel

": Host 'localhost' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'"

I will investigate. Either there is a security breach in the system or it is something less sinister but I was wondering if anyone has somewhere for me to look?

You can try to set max_connections in my.cnf to a higher value. Please have a look here too:
