Quota: Different disk for /var/www

I've got a fresh installation and I want to put /var/www on a seperate disk. here is what i've done so far:

- created new disk with ext4
- backed up /var/www
- mounted new disk on /var/www
- copied back the backup
- created aquota.user & aquota.group
- configured fstab
- ran quotacheck -avugm &quotaon -avug

All good so far. Is this enough or do I have to tell ISPConfig to look at the other quota files (rather then looking at the quota files in /). I don't really know how quota works

Thats ok, no further configuration nescessary as this is a fresh install.
