What can you tell from this output? (BMON)
I have used BMON to monitor bandwidth, although the results seem rather rough to me.
It appears that every minute recorded, the cap is 10.60KiB, although this was not the case, as sometimes the monitor would reach 12.00KiB
Is this an average? If so why are they all exactly at 10.60KiB?

The bandwidth depends on a few factors, such as your Internet connection bandwidth, the bandwidth of the server, etc. What's the bandwidth of your Internet connection?
