Default Help! Server not responding... !!!

I ran the update to ISPConfig 3.0.3.1. After a short bit I rebooted the server and didn't get any response via http. I also get time outs on ssh, ftp, and can't telnet to any of the known ports. I can ping and the response is ok. The data center hooked up a KVM via IP for me so I can get in on a terminal. All looks like it is starting up ok. No errors in the boot log or system logs. What can I check!??!?!?

All web service is down even though apache2, mysql, mydns, etc are up and running without error.

Default

I messed with this for about 2 hours then ran the ISPConfig 3 update_from_svn.sh script and now everything works. Have no clue what went wrong with the regular update, have done it many times without issue before.
