I have 2 questions to ask.

Ist Question

When I run commands for this step

9. "Install Postfix, Dovecot, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, rkhunter, binutils"

I get output as per attached screen shot

2nd Question

Step 12 Install PureFTPd And Quota

when I restart inetd with the following command

/etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd restart

I get the following Error

:~# /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd restart
-bash: /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd: No such file or directory

Could someone please guide me The solution to this problem
