Spam sendt through Apache, how to find the source?

Hi

Postfix problem.

Recently I have seemingly had problems with spam being sent from my server.
postqueue -p showed thousands of e-mails sent from apache@www.mydomain.com

But how can I find out where the e-mail originates from.

I have tried /var/log/maillog
But it does not as far as I see contain any information on this.

Also in some situations it would be nice to see witch IP address have connected to my server and generated the outgoing or incoming mail.

Have not had problems with this for a long time now.
Please, need some quick tips here to shut down the spammers

Also, do you have any tips for regular smtp use...
Any way to log IP etc here?
