Unable to send/receive mails

Hi there!

I'm newbie on all this stuff, however, I have been able to run my web server and, it works. The thing is when I tried to create a mailbox for one of my domains, apparently it worked, because when I checked squirrelmail, the welcome message was there, but when I tried to send a mail to my hotmail and gmail account I couldn't make it, I receive a mail back saying :

And when I tried to send a mail from my gmail account, it wasn't sent neither.

I bought the ispconfi 3 manual, but I even couldn't do it with it.

I bought a domain in godaddy, and I think my problem is the records but I'm not sure how to fix it, could you please help me? Thanks in advance

Is your server hosted on a dynamic IP?

Is it blacklisted? http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

My server is hosted on a static IP. And it's very strange because I just checked and php is not able to send mails neither.

I just checked and apparently my IP is on a blacklist: I got these negative results:

It might be possible to remove your server from these blacklists (unless these are blacklists that block whole subnets). To do so, you must first make sure that no spam is sent from your server, and then you must contact all blacklists one by one.
