Which error messages do you get in the mail.log file when you try to send a email to an account that is on your server?

Email addresses have to be all lowercase. Please correct your email address in ispconfig and ensure that you enter it lowercase when you login in your email application.

Did you configure your email accounts to forward all emails to external services (like GMail), or are emails supposed to arrive in a local inbox?

Which guide (URL) did you use to set this system up?
