Default Automatic message in spamcheck mails

I hope i'am right here, searchin google since hours but can't find.
I want an automatic signature to all mails going throuh my mailgate (manged via ispconfig 3, great tool) which are scanned by amavis/clamav.
Some thing like

"This mail is scanned bay amavis/clamav against and thought to be virus free"

Any hints, links, howto's would be appreciated.
