Default Configuring FTP

Hi,

I would like to configure my FTP users to be able to upload to there website folder. Currently its going into /home/username. Any idea's

so make FTP user a give him access to any folder you want...
as on picture here http://mixx.org/pic/ispc/ftp-userfolder.jpg
