Default how to change owner (linked user) of allowed domain i Domain module?

Hello,

i'm using domain module.

- it's not possible change client which owns domain in domain module, as the dropdown menu is grey (as on attached pic domain.jpg)

- niether i cannot delete the domain and put under different user as web site email sites etc are affected (as on attached pic domain2.jpg)

So, Is there way how to move domain under different Client without deleting pages, email etc??

And one more question, why DNS is not affected by Domain module?
that means anyone can delete his zone and put there any domain he wants
