Default Multiple Websites Single Certificate

I realize I can have only one SSL certificate per IP.

I already have one publicly issue certificate on my ISPConfig3 Ubuntu 10.04 perfect server.

I have several websites on the server that I want an encrypted connection for. It is for Joomla administration which is a sub folder of each site.

Is this possible to have SSL on each site?

I don't care if there is a certificate warning.
