Can not get use wget http://olivier.sessink.nl/jailkit/jailkit-2.11.tar.gz

I am during the installation of ispconfig 3 , when i hit

wget http://olivier.sessink.nl/jailkit/jailkit-2.11.tar.gz , it shows

'wget: unable to resolve host address `olivier.sessink.nl'

how can i get jailkit file in other place.

Please assist me!! it's new to me

The domain exists and the file is downloadable. So it seems to be a problem with the dns resolution on your server. Please check the file /etc/resolv.conf and make sure that the nameserver(s) listed there are reachable from your server.
